to welcome new students each academic year as they begin their studies
at some of the most competitve colleges and universities in the IMPORTANT TRAVEL NOTICE: Students: This is to remind you of the policy of departing the U.S. 10 days after completion of your program and the penalty fees pertaining to changing or replacing airline tickets. As is procedure, AED sends you a departure package three months prior to your xpected completion date. This package informs you of all the documents we need and asks you to send us a departure date within the 10 days allowed. We also inform you that if you do not use the airline ticket on the prescribed date then you are responsible for any penalty fee incurred. This fee is paid by you directly to the travel agent. We have been requested by MOE to reiterate this policy and also to notify you that if you choose not to use the ticket on the stipulated date and the ticket becomes null and void then you are then responsible for purchasing your own ticket back to Botswana without any assistance from the government.
